A well-defined question
A shared view of the decision, the business outcome and the constraints that matter.
Let’s talk
Clarity before commitment
An independent view on a difficult technology question. Work through the options, understand the trade-offs, and decide what to do next.
Discuss your decisionIndependent advice. Direct access to the people leading the work.
Platform integrations and production AI systems, built around the way your business works.
You may already have several proposals, a shortlist of tools, or a team with strong views about the way forward. More information is not always what is missing. Sometimes you need someone to make sense of it with you.
A consultation gives us a defined question to work on. I examine what the business needs, the systems it depends on, and the constraints that will shape the answer.
That might mean reviewing an AI architecture, assessing a vendor proposal, planning an integration or working through a build-versus-buy decision. The output should be useful to the people who have to act on it.
You leave with a recommendation, the reasoning behind it, the risks that still need attention, and a clear set of next steps. Where the evidence is incomplete, I explain what needs to be established.
We agree the question, the material to review and the output before the engagement begins. That keeps the work focused and gives you a clear way to judge its value.

Start with the AI tools your team already uses. We help you decide what to connect, how it fits into your workflows and where people need to stay in control.

How we get started
We establish fit before proposing an engagement. Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
Share the decision, the context and the material already available.
Work through the evidence together and identify what changes the answer.
Receive a clear recommendation and an agreed set of next steps.
Before we talk
Rather ask than read?
Yes. Consultation can be scoped around a single decision, review or planning session. Any further work is agreed separately.
Yes. We can review a proposal or architecture against your business needs and constraints. The aim is to help you make a sound decision and work constructively with the people involved.
A short explanation of the decision, who is involved, and any relevant proposals or diagrams. We will agree what needs to be reviewed before starting paid work.
Yes. If delivery is needed, we can scope a bespoke build or integration. You are also free to take the recommendation to your own team.

What happens next
A few lines is plenty. No brief or deck needed.
Around 30 minutes with the person who would lead the work.
A proposal, a plan, or a straight answer if we’re not the right fit.
